Want to return items. Need a return auth number for them to accept it. I contacted the company via the only method I could find on their website (email) 3 times and have had no reponse. I've filed a complaint against with the BBB.   (Read full review at Bizrate)

In a box just like this I asked whether I was getting 4 of my product or 1. It was a little confusing. I got NO response!Not until I got my product did I know. Good thing I did not need all four of my product!There would have been no time to reorder.   (Read full review at Bizrate)
